Terms of use.

A clear place to find the terms that apply to Talet, and what to expect from a subscription.

The app license.

Talet for iPhone is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). That agreement governs your license to use the app. This page explains Talet’s product and subscription arrangements; it does not replace the EULA or limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Free voice use and Talet Pro.

Talet includes a free allowance of 1,000 voice words per week. Talet Pro removes that weekly voice-word limit while your subscription is active.

Talet Pro is US$3.99/month or US$29.99/year. US App Store prices. Prices in other countries may differ and are shown in the app before purchase. Monthly subscriptions are billed each month; annual subscriptions are billed once per year.

There is no automatic enrollment in a paid plan when you begin using Talet. Any introductory offer applies only when it is explicitly presented and confirmed in Apple’s purchase sheet.

Billing, renewal and cancellation.

Apple handles payment through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal. You can review the renewal date, manage your plan or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Talet does not cancel a subscription.

Use Restore purchases in Talet if an existing purchase is not recognized. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s purchase support; any rights under applicable law still apply.

Your notes remain yours.

Your recordings, transcripts and notes are your content. Ending a Pro subscription does not remove saved notes: you can still read and export them. Talet stores notes locally, so export anything you want to preserve before deleting the app, erasing your phone or replacing it. We cannot recover local notes that you have deleted.

Using voice capture thoughtfully.

You are responsible for the recordings you make and for obtaining permission where required. Transcription and note organization can make mistakes. Review names, dates, numbers and other important details against your original recording or transcript before relying on them.

Privacy and connectivity.

Voice transcription and note organization take place on your iPhone. Model downloads, purchases and restoring subscriptions require an internet connection. See the privacy policy for how Talet handles content and technical information.
